About the organisation

For an international manufacturing organization, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner Consultant. In this role, you will support site leadership by implementing people strategies, workforce planning initiatives, talent programs, employee relations activities, and organizational development projects.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring the successful execution of HR processes and initiatives that drive business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

What are you going to do?

As HR Business Partner Consultant, you will work closely with site leaders and management teams to develop and implement HR solutions that support operational goals and organizational growth. You will act as a strategic partner while remaining hands-on in the execution of HR programs and employee-related activities.

What does your job contain?

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR solutions that improve performance, engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Support the execution of business and HR strategies at site level.
• Manage workforce planning activities and organizational development initiatives.
• Support learning, development, and talent management programs.
• Participate in talent acquisition activities and workforce planning.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
• Support employee relations activities and workplace investigations.
• Monitor and analyze people metrics and business performance indicators.
• Develop reporting and insights to support decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and inclusion initiatives.
• Coordinate HR activities related to organizational changes and transformations.
• Support local audits, compliance requirements, and HR governance processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR and business functions to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What does your profile look like?

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
• Experience advising leadership teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using HR metrics for decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
