About the Role
What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end learning programme operations
- Manage schedules, communications, logistics, and programme administration
- Support virtual and in-person learning events
- Maintain programme calendars and key milestones
- Produce attendance, forecasting, and performance reports
- Partner with HR, Learning & Development teams, and business stakeholders
- Coordinate with external vendors and training providers
- Support programme delivery and learner engagement initiatives
- Facilitate webinars and virtual learning sessions
- Monitor participation data and learner feedback
- Manage courses and assignments within learning management systems
What You Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in Learning Operations, Training Coordination, HR Operations, or a similar environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting international learning programmes
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience
- Reporting and dashboard creation
- Data analysis and forecasting
- Event coordination experience
- Vendor management experience
- Budget tracking and administration
