About the Role
What You'll Do
- Lead process improvement initiatives across Data & AI Governance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and business adoption
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Develop and implement scalable governance operating models
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking methodologies
- Translate governance requirements into practical business solutions
- Support training, communication and change adoption activities
- Collaborate with engineering, product and data teams to test and implement improvements
- Monitor programme progress and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Support the development of Data Stewardship and Data Ownership communities
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement or Business Transformation
- Demonstrated experience leading international projects
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities across multiple business functions
- Proven ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive change
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies and delivery plans
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Self-starter mindset with strong personal accountability
- Ability to work independently while navigating complex organisational environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Data Governance experience
- AI Governance experience
- Data Quality Management experience
- Data Stewardship or Data Ownership programmes
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Change Management experience
- Experience working within large-scale technology or digital organisations
