About the Role
What You'll Do
- Manage daily banking operations across multiple European jurisdictions
- Coordinate bank account openings, closures and maintenance activities
- Liaise directly with international banking partners
- Monitor and manage the treasury banking inbox
- Track requests and ensure timely resolution of outstanding actions
- Maintain accurate banking records and documentation
- Support treasury governance and operational controls
- Drive standardisation and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal and Compliance teams
- Assist with workload planning and knowledge transfer activities
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Treasury Operations, Banking Operations or Cash Management
- Experience within a multinational corporate environment
- Strong exposure to banking administration and account lifecycle management
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Experience working with European banking partners
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Corporate Treasury experience
- Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
- SWIFT connectivity knowledge
- Regulatory banking documentation experience
- KYC and bank onboarding expertise
- Process optimisation and continuous improvement methodologies
