About the Role
What You'll Do
- Lead and continuously improve workplace services, events and employee experience initiatives.
- Manage supplier performance across multiple soft services contracts and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
- Drive workplace engagement through social, wellbeing and community-building activities.
- Support workplace-related projects and implement operational improvements.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
- Analyse employee feedback and workplace data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support emergency response preparedness and workplace safety initiatives alongside Security and ERO teams.
- Manage escalations and ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Promote sustainability, inclusion and wellbeing across workplace services.
What You Bring
- Proven experience within workplace services, employee experience, facilities, hospitality or corporate events.
- Strong vendor and supplier management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering projects and operational improvements.
- Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

- Change management experience.
