Location: Amsterdam area, Netherlands

Contract: 6 months (extension possible)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Position:
As an Executive Assistant, you will support multiple managers, ensuring their time is effectively managed while maintaining strong relationships across leadership teams, employees, and key stakeholders. This is a highly visible position requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Complex calendar and expense management for multiple senior leaders
• Coordinate internal and external communications and correspondence
• Maintain proactive communication between Sport GMs, EMEA leadership teams, and global stakeholders
• Act as a key point of contact during leadership absences and support decision-making processes
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Organise travel, meetings, leadership events, global visits, and offsites
• Support budget tracking, purchase order management, and travel administration
• Prepare presentations, reports, organisational charts, and business updates
• Coordinate department moves and space planning activities
• Participate in process improvement projects and initiatives
• Provide backup support for other Executive Assistants when required

You have/are:

• 5 years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Dutch language skills are considered an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Keynote and Mac operating systems is beneficial
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Professional, approachable, and able to build relationships across all organisational levels
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
• Flexible regarding working hours and willing to travel for meetings and offsites when required
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing international environment
