About the Role
What You'll Do
- Lead a global HR Operations organisation through Team Leads and managers.
- Drive operational excellence across all HR Operations activities.
- Develop leaders and build high-performing, engaged teams.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the People function.
- Define, monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs and service standards.
- Use workforce data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
- Lead global HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner closely with Payroll, HR Technology, HR Advisory and Centres of Expertise.
- Champion employee experience through efficient and scalable HR service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations globally.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or People Operations.
- Experience leading leaders within a complex, international organisation.
- Proven success managing large-scale HR Service Delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience driving HR transformation and operational improvement.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
