About the Role
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and continuous improvement
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, enrolment, content management, user support, and data integrity
- Coordinate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and follow-up administration
- Produce and analyse learning metrics, dashboards, and reports to track performance, engagement, and impact
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Learning & Development, HR, People Operations, and business teams
- Support onboarding programmes in close collaboration with global onboarding teams
- Identify and implement process improvements, standardisation, and automation opportunities
- Support external learning vendors by coordinating system access, session delivery, and operational requirements
- Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources
- Act as the first point of contact for learning operations queries and resolve system or programme issues
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development Operations, HR Operations, Talent Development, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing learning programmes and learning operations
- Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in an international or rapidly changing organisation
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors
- Experience with learning analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Exposure to onboarding programmes or talent development initiatives
Systems & Tools
- Learning Management Systems (e.g. Workday, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors)
- Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Reporting and dashboarding tools
