Role: Mobility Benefits Analyst

Location: Amsterdam Area

Contract: 6 month contract (with possible extension)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Position

As a Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of transportation and mobility programmes across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for managing company car and mobility benefits, acting as the subject matter expert for employees and external vendors, while ensuring an outstanding employee experience.

Working closely with HR, Payroll, Data Management, Benefits teams, and external suppliers, you will support day-to-day operations, drive process enhancements, and contribute to sustainability initiatives through the expansion of electric vehicle and mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration of company car and mobility benefit programmes across multiple EMEA countries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and external vendors regarding transportation and mobility benefits.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, delivery, returns, and surplus vehicle management.
• Support the implementation and ongoing operation of electric vehicle (EV) programmes and home charging solutions.
• Perform payroll reporting, eligibility checks, Benefit in Kind calculations, processing, and audits.
• Partner with Payroll, HR Systems, Data Management, and Benefits teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring service quality and operational excellence.
• Support system integrations and programme expansions related to transportation and micro-mobility initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and the overall employee experience.
• Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and operational procedures.

You have/are

• Experience in benefits administration, mobility programmes, HR operations, payroll, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• A process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement operational enhancements.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and/or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused.
