Sales Support Specialist (Healthcare, Part-time)

Location: Amsterdam / Hybrid
Hours: 20 hours per week

About the Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you play a key role in supporting the commercial team across the Benelux region. You ensure that sales processes run smoothly, customers are well supported, and all activities comply with strict healthcare regulations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and working in a meaningful environment supporting healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Support Account Managers with renewals, customer follow-ups and sales administration
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g. Salescloud)
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as mailings, translations, and materials
  • Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and commercial events
  • Support reimbursement and notification procedures (NL & Belgium)
  • Maintain product information on platforms like Z-index and Medassort
  • Coordinate demo materials, training modules, and samples
  • Support internal communication and share updates with teams

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Support / Commercial Operations / Customer Service
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or a regulated environment is a strong plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and compliance awareness
  • Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of reimbursement systems (RIZIV, CNK, Z-index)
  • Experience with marketing coordination or event organisation
  • Understanding of medical terminology

Systems & Tools

  • CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce / Salescloud)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Product databases (Z-index, Medassort)
