About the Role
What You'll Do
- Support Account Managers with renewals, customer follow-ups and sales administration
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g. Salescloud)
- Coordinate marketing activities such as mailings, translations, and materials
- Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and commercial events
- Support reimbursement and notification procedures (NL & Belgium)
- Maintain product information on platforms like Z-index and Medassort
- Coordinate demo materials, training modules, and samples
- Support internal communication and share updates with teams
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Support / Commercial Operations / Customer Service
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or a regulated environment is a strong plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of reimbursement systems (RIZIV, CNK, Z-index)
- Experience with marketing coordination or event organisation
- Understanding of medical terminology
Systems & Tools
- CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce / Salescloud)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Product databases (Z-index, Medassort)
