About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Program Manager to lead the integrated delivery, governance, and execution of a large-scale AI transformation programme within a global technology-driven organisation.
This is a highly strategic role positioned at the intersection of AI innovation, product development, data platforms, governance, and business adoption. You will be responsible for connecting organisational objectives with programme delivery, ensuring AI initiatives move efficiently from concept and experimentation through to production, business value, and scalable adoption.
Working across product, engineering, AI platform, data, governance, security, risk, and business teams, you will play a central role in establishing a sustainable operating model for AI delivery while enabling measurable outcomes across the organisation.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a complex enterprise-wide AI portfolio across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting structures, and leadership operating rhythms.
- Drive AI use cases through the full lifecycle, from intake and prioritisation to deployment and scale.
- Manage programme dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making processes.
- Design and optimise scalable workflows, processes, and operating models.
- Automate reporting, governance activities, notifications, and operational controls where possible.
- Align business demand with AI platform, data, governance, and operational capabilities.
- Partner with business units to accelerate AI adoption and organisational readiness.
- Facilitate executive steering committees and provide evidence-based programme insights.
- Ensure AI initiatives meet governance, security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Build long-term programme structures that support sustainable AI delivery at scale.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience leading complex technology, digital transformation, data, or AI programmes.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, AI product lifecycles, governance, and responsible AI principles.
- Proven ability to manage large portfolios involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and business functions.
- Experience engaging with executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Strong programme governance, planning, and delivery management expertise.
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business decisions and strategic outcomes.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to programme management.
- Experience operating within large, fast-moving, international environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience scaling AI products or AI platforms across enterprise environments.
- Background in digital transformation or enterprise change programmes.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks and AI governance models.
- Experience with Agile portfolio management methodologies.
- Exposure to technology, e-commerce, digital platform, marketplace, or travel-related industries.
