About the Role
What You'll Do
Strategic partnering & people agenda
- Act as a trusted advisor to the VP Product Experience and senior Marketplace leaders on all people‑related topics
- Actively engage in shaping strategic and tactical business priorities and translating them into a clear people agenda
- Partner with HRD to drive and execute the people agenda for supported departments, aligned with the global Marketplace strategy
Organisational design & change
- Lead organisational design initiatives, restructures, and change programmes within defined organisational principles
- Ensure structures, roles, and capabilities are fit for current and future business needs
- Support leadership teams through transformation, ensuring clarity, engagement, and adoption
Delivery of people initiatives
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery and adoption of critical people initiatives such as engagement, performance optimisation, talent attraction, retention, and succession
- Ensure the organisation has the capabilities required to achieve business targets
- Translate HR strategy into practical, compliant solutions for your business unit
Leadership enablement & stakeholder management
- Act as escalation point for HR Advisors within your scope
- Represent the People function towards senior business stakeholders, ensuring consistency, quality, and a single voice
- Act as the voice of the business within the People organisation, identifying and articulating current and future people challenges
Collaboration & governance
- Work closely with CoEs and People Services & Systems to design and deliver solutions aligned with business needs
- Contribute to the optimisation of HR policies, processes, and tools and guide their operational implementation
- Ensure local implementation is compliant with legislation and aligned with global HR strategy
- Support Works Council consultations and collaborate with ERO where applicable
What You Bring
- 10+ years of HR experience, including several years as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex organisation
- Proven experience advising VP‑level or ELT stakeholders on organisational design, change, and leadership topics
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people decisions to commercial outcomes
- Experience operating in international, matrix‑driven environments
- Confidence to challenge, influence, and advise senior leaders with credibility
- Pragmatic mindset, comfortable balancing strategy with execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience in a tech, product‑led, or marketplace environment
- Exposure to large‑scale transformations or rapid growth contexts
- Experience working with mature HR CoEs and global people agendas
