About the Role
What You'll Do
Finance & Product
- Design and implement accounting frameworks for new fintech products
- Translate product flows into accounting, reporting, and controls
Data & Systems
- Map financial data flows and support UAT testing
- Partner with BI teams to build automated reporting
Project Ownership
- Own finance workstreams within product launches
- Manage initial month-end closing for new products
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams
Compliance
- Ensure controls and compliance are embedded in new processes
What You Bring
- 5+ years in accounting, finance transformation, or systems roles
- Experience with projects or system implementations
- Strong understanding of accounting (US GAAP preferred)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Affinity with data and complex systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Fluent in English
Systems & Tools
- SAP S/4HANA
- Excel
- Experience with data/reporting tools is a plus
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Fintech, payments, or e-commerce experience
- Finance transformation background
- Experience working with product or tech teams
