Shape global cost transparency and drive financial control across complex supply chain networks. In this role, you take full ownership of tolling and warehouse financial flows across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight that directly influence operational and strategic decisions.

You will operate at the centre of a global setup spanning Europe, Asia, and North America, working with virtual plants and cross-border inventory structures. Your work will enable clarity in costing, improve decision-making, and strengthen financial control across the entire value chain.

What you'll do

• Act as the global owner and single point of contact for tolling and warehouse costing activities
• Lead SAP costing processes (BOMs, master data, tariffs, budgets and new product introductions)
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory reconciliations aligned with contractual agreements
• Drive correct cost allocation across global warehouse locations (e.g. Venlo, Belvidere, Shanghai) to support intercompany elimination
• Monitor and report on inventory performance, cost efficiency, and write-offs
• Identify and resolve issues in complex financial flows and invoicing structures
• Lead budgeting and forecast (RAF) cycles for tolling and warehouse activities

What you bring

• 8+ years' experience in finance within manufacturing, supply chain or industrial environments
• Strong expertise in SAP costing and inventory accounting
• Experience operating in international or multi-site environments
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear financial insights
• Strong stakeholder management skills across operations and finance
• Proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and continuous improvement
