Senior FP&A Analyst
About the Role
What You'll Do
- Analyse monthly financial performance vs budget and forecast
- Lead forecasting cycles (P&L and working capital)
- Drive margin and cost analysis across multiple manufacturing sites
- Business partner with operations and plant management
- Deliver insights and presentations to senior leadership
- Support CAPEX cases with financial modelling
- Coordinate annual budgeting processes
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement
What You Bring
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics
- 5+ years experience in FP&A / controlling
- Background in manufacturing / industrial environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in polymers / chemicals sector
- Experience in complex international organisations
- Continuous improvement mindset
Systems & Tools
- SAP (ideally S/4HANA)
- Onestream or similar system
- Advanced Excel
- PowerPoint
- Power BI (preferred)
