Interim Customer Service Supervisor
Hours: Full‑time (40 hours per week)
Contract: 6 months (interim assignment with immediate impact)

Position
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Customer Service team responsible for European sales order processing
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer and order issues
- Drive improvements in the order‑to‑cash process, focusing on accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage and implement process improvements across SAP and Salesforce environments
- Monitor reporting on order accuracy, service levels and compliance
- Oversee onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and structured process
- Support accounts receivable activities and participate in Credit Review meetings
- Set team objectives and conduct performance reviews in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager
You have / are
- Bachelor's degree level education
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service within an international environment
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce
- Experience managing complex order management processes across multiple countries
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to act decisively in a fast‑paced environment
- Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on structure and continuous improvement
