Initial 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension to 12 months
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

About the Role
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service-related inquiries
- Manage customer communications regarding order changes, lead times, delays, and supply challenges
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and proactively
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams to resolve customer issues
- Support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Monitor open cases and drive timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate customer information and service records within SAP
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support business continuity during an ongoing organisational transformation
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and ownership
What You Bring
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Customer Operations, or Order Management
- Hands-on SAP experience (essential)
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working directly with customers in a B2B and/or B2C environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience handling complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a high degree of ownership
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience within Food, FMCG, Manufacturing, Ingredients, or Supply Chain environments
- Exposure to ERP implementations or transformation projects
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working in international teams
- Additional European languages are advantageous
