About the Role
What You'll Do
- Process customer orders accurately across multiple systems
- Monitor and manage the status of customer orders
- Provide customers with updates regarding shipments, invoices and order progress
- Review and prepare shipping and quality documentation
- Handle customer requests and process order changes according to established procedures
- Identify operational risks and process improvement opportunities
- Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Customer-focused mindset
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Customer service experience
- Order management experience
- Supply chain or logistics exposure
