We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist who will play a vital role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. In this position, you will work closely with employees, managers, HR colleagues, payroll teams, and recruiters to ensure efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR operations.

About the Role

As HR Operations Specialist, you will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting a broad range of HR processes from onboarding through to offboarding.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with employment practices and company policies, supporting organizational changes, and contributing to HR projects that drive operational excellence across the wider business.

Working within an international environment, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with regional stakeholders and gain exposure to HR initiatives across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and HR documentation.

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and requests.
• Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR support.

• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate successful onboarding.
• Support departing employees through professional and compliant offboarding processes.

• Ensure HR processes comply with local employment legislation and internal policies.
• Support the administration of employee benefits and HR programs.

• Maintain and update employee data within HR systems.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting employees. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a proactive mindset when it comes to improving processes and solving challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or People Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment practices and HR administration.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
