B2C Sales Support Officer
In this role, you take full ownership of the customer operation. You manage your own portfolio, ensure flawless order-to-cash processes, and build strong relationships with international clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Manage your own customer portfolio and act as the primary point of contact
- Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process (orders, deliveries, returns)
- Monitor and coordinate order flows in SAP
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely, high-quality solutions
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics and Planning teams
- Maintain accurate administration and ensure process compliance
- Build long-term customer relationships and continuously improve satisfaction
What you bring
- Experience in customer service, order management or order-to-cash environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory) and preferably Salesforce
- Strong communication skills in English (near-native level)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
- Experience managing a customer portfolio is a strong plus

Working setup
